SEEDS Case Management:
Sowing Empowerment, Embracing Dignity & Self-Sufficiency

PADS has had case management services for homeless guests and residents for over a decade, but has recently decided to make a greater commitment to providing these services by creating an entire new program.

The SEEDS Case Management program equips specially trained individuals to meet one-on-one with homeless guests and residents in order to assist them in working through the barriers to independence.  After helping the guest or resident to develop an action plan, the case managers link individuals with other area social service agencies who can provide specialized services.
